Service Description

February is all about love (and maybe chocolate) for Valentine’s day, and light as the days get longer heading toward spring. This workshop will include gentle sun salutation variations to celebrate the light, and a focus on heart-opening postures to cultivate love and compassion. Generous time for stretching, breath, and relaxation included.
